February is American Heart Month, and the American Heart Association says it doesn’t take much exercise to have real health benefits. In fact, exercising for just 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of heart disease. The health plans available through the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program also offer wellness programs and information that can help you live a fit lifestyle.

In addition, you may visit ESO’s Health and Well-Being webpage to find many of the outstanding programs available to you as a UHD employee, such as Fitness Release Time and other fitness programs offered through Sports & Fitness.
