UHD faculty and staff are encouraged to stop by Friday’s Staff Council Kick-Off and find out why this year’s Staff Council is expected to be bigger and better than ever before.

Employees that stop by A-300 at 2 p.m. will learn about the revival of the Staff Council, changes to positions and bylaws, and the Staff Council’s improved online presence. They will also find out about the upcoming nomination process and Staff Council elections.

Speakers at the Kick-Off are Interim Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Ed Hugetz and Directors Lucy Bowen (Academic Projects), John Lane (Technology Learning Services) and Mary Torres (University Business Services).

Everyone that stops by the Kick-Off will also get the chance to ask questions, partake in Hors d’oeurves and receive a goody bag full of UHD items.
