Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has scheduled UHD’s two-week Benefits Annual Enrollment period for plan year 2015 from July 10, 2014 through July 24, 2015. As a reminder, the Benefits Annual Enrollment period allows benefits-eligible employees to make changes to their insurance benefits.
- In June, ERS will mail annual enrollment packets to benefits-eligible employees’ home addresses. Your annual enrollment packet will include information on your current benefits portfolio. In order to ensure that you receive your annual enrollment packet in a timely manner, please make sure to review (and update, if needed) your current home and email addresses with ERS by clicking here. The cut-off date to enter data changes into ERS is May 29, 2015 at 5pm. As in past years, you will have several ways to make benefit changes, including:
- signing in to your online account on the ERS website;
- contacting Paula Jannett, UHD’s Coordinator, Benefits and Compensation, or;
- calling ERS at 877-275-4377.
