Update ERS contact information to receive benefits news

ERS sends important benefits information throughout the year. By updating contact information online, you won’t miss important information from ERS and program administrators.

Please remember to update your phone numbers, mailing address, email address and even name in ERS online when there are changes.

ERS and its third-party administrators (TPAs) use contact information on file to send information and notices about employees’ benefits. If the contact information ERS has on file is outdated, an employee could miss important alerts. ERS and its TPAs do not send promotional or marketing mail or email to members.

Employees should pay attention to any information they receive from ERS and the program administrators. Ignoring it could cause employees to lose benefits for themselves and/or their eligible dependents.
