2016 Goals, Professional Development Planning Process begins

The 2016 Goals and Professional Development Planning (GPDP) Process is now open! 

The GPDP Process allows non-probationary employees and managers to plan goals and professional development activities each employee should strive to meet during the current calendar year.

Established goals and professional development activities are dynamic and could possibly change during the year as business needs change. It is important that employees and managers update their goals periodically, because any active goals and professional development plans will be evaluated in the annual evaluation process.

The GPDP Process consists of the following tasks and related deadlines:
