To accommodate the transition from ADP’s bank to WageWorks, a brief freeze in claims payments will be in effect August 14 – 18, 2017. During this time, you may continue to submit claims for eligible expenses online, by mail or by fax, but payments will not be issued until August 21, 2017.
Card transactions will not be impacted during this period, and you may continue to use your TexFlex debit card as usual.
As you may be aware, WageWorks, Inc. acquired ADP, LLC’s Consumer Health and Spending Accounts (CHSA) business, which included the administration of the TexFlex Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program.
Beginning August 21, 2017, all reimbursement checks will be issued by WageWorks rather than ADP.
If you have incurred claims that have not been submitted, please visit www.TexFlexERS.com at your earliest convenience to submit them prior to the payment freeze.
