Anyone who had health insurance in 2018 should get federal Form-1095-B from their health insurance provider.
Medical coverage providers are required to mail Form 1095-B to members each year, so members can prove they had health coverage. More information is available in the frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the form.
Employees who had health coverage but do not get Form 1095-B by February 28 or who lose it should contact their health insurance provider. Click here for more information.
