ERS offers 10 ways to maintain your health, spirit webinar tomorrow

As state and higher education employees, you now have new, competing demands due COVID-19. Family members, friends and even neighbors need more attention. Errands need strategic planning. Routines must be reinvented.

To help with these new demands, join ERS and presenter Lacy Wolf, MS on April 2 for “10 ways to maintain your health (and spirit!) while working from home.” Participants have the option of registering for either a 10-11 a.m. session or a 12-1 p.m. session.

The interactive webinar will discuss the biggest challenges for teleworkers and share some specific strategies to address them.
