UHD ESO announces the addition of two new flu clinic dates on October 12 from 9 a.m. to noon and October 13 from Noon to 3 p.m. in UHD’s Special Events Center.

The new dates have been added to make up for canceled dates in September due to inclement weather from Tropical Storm Beta.

It’s not too late to get your flu shot. According to the CDC, “Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, reducing the spread of respiratory illness, like the flu, this fall and winter is more important than ever.” I encourage everyone to get their flu shot as it is an essential part of protecting your health this season.

In an effort to maintain social distancing, one-hour sessions were created for each day. There will be limited number of spaces available per session. To take advantage of UHD’s “No Cost” flu clinics:

2. Go to bit.ly/UHDflushot2020 to register
3. Fill out and print the Vaccination Consent Form
4. Show up with your insurance card!
