As a UHD employee, you have access to a variety of work/life discounts and savings programs designed to help you save money. In November, take advantage of special savings offered through ERS Beneplace and HealthSelect’s fitness program.

ERS Beneplace Discount Purchase Program

Deals for the “new normal”

Offers from the Discount Purchase Program feature savings on resources to help you and your family adapt to changing work and school environments. Here are just a few:

  • Get 20% off a premium membership to Care.com, where you can find local or virtual tutoring, child care, pet sitting and more.
  • Save up to 30% on PCs and tablets from Dell.
  • Sign up for a Costco membership and receive a $30 Costco Shop Card.
  • Gear up for your at-home workouts: Save on apparel and accessories from Under Armour and Nike.

HealthSelect participants can waive fitness program enrollment fee in November

HealthSelectSM participants can join the Well onTarget® Fitness Program November 1-30, 2020, using promo code FallFit2020 to waive the one-time $19 enrollment fee.

With COVID-19 precautions still in place, some people may have concerns about returning to the gym. Most gyms have safety programs in place, and many are now offering virtual fitness classes as part of their membership. Employees can check with their local fitness facility to see what they’re doing to help members stay safe while they work out.

The Well onTarget® Fitness Program is available to all HealthSelect participants and their covered dependents, ages 16 and older. The enhanced Fitness Program features flexible membership options and access to more than 11,500 participating gyms, all with no contract. Employees now have even more ways to fit fitness into their budget and lifestyle. Visit the HealthSelect website for additional information about the enhanced Fitness Program.

*Participants who enrolled in the Fitness Program before July 13, 2020, are automatically enrolled in the Power package at $25 per month. However, if these participants drop their membership and rejoin, they will be charged the current $39 per month rate.

More Selections and Options

Fitness Program members have access to all locations within the package they select, as well as those in the lower tiers. They can also add family members to receive a 12% family bundle discount.

Note: The Elite plan gives members the option to select one home elite gym and access to all other gyms from lower tiers.

Studio and Boutique Gyms

The Fitness Program makes it easy to find, schedule and pay for studio and boutique gyms nearby. Fitness Program members can choose classes in yoga, sports training, dance, martial arts, Pilates and more.

Pricing for individual studio classes vary per class, depending on studio class type, duration and class time. Fitness Program members earn studio class rewards for booking, paying and attending classes. After taking nine, full-price classes, members get 30% discount off the price of their next class.
