Time is running out for non-probationary staff to complete their Self-Evaluation. UHD’s 2020 Performance Evaluation Process began December 14 and Self-Evaluations end Sunday, January 10.
Once the Self-Evaluation step ends, evaluations move to managers. Please remember, if second-level and third-level managers do not approve evaluations by the due date, evaluations will automatically advance to the next task in the process.
General information, including evaluation period schedules and required tasks/steps are posted below. If one of the bolded steps are not completed by the published deadline, the evaluation will be pushed to the next step in the process.
