Did you know daily exercise is just as important for your mental health as it is for your physical health?
Whether it’s biking, hiking or plain old walking, every minute spent toward physical activity positively affects your mood. For instance, when exercising, the body reduces levels of stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. Moreover, you experience a rush of endorphins – your body’s natural painkillers.
If you are looking for new ways to incorporate movement into your daily routine to reduce stress and improve your vitality, then join speakers Alexis Schinke and Lacy Wolff April 22 from 10–11 a.m. for Stress Relief Through Movement.
After all, the days where you don’t feel like you have the time to move are the days you likely need to!
