Find calm for anxiety with ERS next week

Anxiety affects us in a variety of ways we often may be unable to express.

It is no wonder there is stigma attached to it. Every day 40 million Americans are significantly affected by anxiety. Yet, only about a third ever seek treatment.

If you are afraid of taking the first step to getting better or are simply curious on ways to support others in your life suffering from anxiety, then join  Drs. Celesta Harris and Godlewski April 29 from 10-11 a.m. for an informative webinar regarding anxiety awareness and management.

This informative webinar is designed to provide an overview of anxiety awareness and offer resilience-based tools to manage chronic or distressing anxiety.
