Join Dr. Laura Mitchell on a journey to explore emotions and feelings April 29 from 4:30-6 p.m. This is an active webinar of mindfulness movement, creative journaling and doodling, and thoughtful practice. Participants will determine colors that represent their emotions. These emotions will lead participants to claim that power that is within them to better manage their lives.
