Save the date! ERS announced UHD summer benefits open enrollment for Plan Year 2021-2022 starts June 28 and runs through July 10.

The open enrollment period is the only time UHD employees can make benefits changes without a qualifying life event. All enrollment changes made during this period become effective September 1, 2021.

Important information you should review in preparation for summer enrollment period.

• Update your personal information with ERS

It is important ERS has your current mailing address on file. Prior to the summer enrollment, ERS will send you a Personal Benefits Enrollment Statement via USPS, which includes information on benefits and open enrollment choices. To ensure you receive your materials, you have until May 25 to update your mailing address.

• Change or Update your Beneficiaries with ERS

It is also important during this time to review and/or update the beneficiaries listed on life insurance benefits you have offered through ERS.
