Summer Group Exercise Schedule

Beginning June 7, UHD Sports & Fitness will begin offering a variety of online and in-person summer fitness classes for UHD staff, faculty and students. The new summer schedule runs through July 31.

Courses offered this summer include:

  • Yoga
  • Step
  • Butts N’ Guts
  • Zumba
  • Gator Gainz
  • Ultimate Results
  • HITT
