Alexis Schinke holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Holistic Nutritionist and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. With a deep passion for science, Alexis finds ways to make complex topics simple to help others improve their health and quality of life by making small manageable changes.
