Starting September 1, 2021, PayFlex is the new administrator of the TexFlex program for Plan Year 2022.

Participating members will receive a letter and new card in the mail. If you have general questions about Plan Year 2022, contact TexFlex at (844) 884-2364, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT.

Starting September 1, participants can set up their online account with PayFlex and manage their TexFlex account online or use the PayFlex Mobile app.
