Sports, Fitness fall fitness class schedule announced

Beginning August 30, UHD Sports & Fitness will begin offering fall fitness classes for UHD staff, faculty and students. The new schedule will run through December 6.

Courses offered this fall include:

  • Yoga
  • Stretch & Flow
  • Butts N’Guts
  • Kickboxing
  • Tone N’ Step
  • Gator Gainz
  • Ultimate Results
  • Full Body Workout
  • HIIT Xtreme
  • Outdoor Bootcamp
  • Zumba, Zumba Toning & Zumba Strong
