Join Lacy Wolff, Health Promotion Administrator with ERS, September 8 from 10-11 a.m. for Intro to Mindfulness: What, Why & How. The course is being delivered solely to the UHD community.
In her 60-minute interactive, web-based workshop, participants will learn about the science and practical application of mindfulness—an evidence-based skillset available to all.
Mindfulness is proven to:
- Improve productivity
- Reduce blood pressure
- Improve sleep
- Decrease anxiety and depression
- Improve immune function
Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of why and how mindfulness can help them effectively manage stress and strategies to apply mindfulness in their everyday life.
