UHD Sports & Fitness announces Spring Studio Schedule

Beginning January 24, UHD Sports & Fitness will begin offering spring fitness classes for UHD staff, faculty and students. The new schedule will run through May 4.

Courses offered this spring include:

  • Kick Start
  • Kickboxing
  • Gator Gainz
  • Gator Dance Fitness
  • Functional Training
