Nobody likes being stressed, but there is a way to destress. Join Chris Young on April 20 from 9-9:30 a.m. as he discusses how to manage stress through yoga. This beginner yoga class is designed for today’s work environment at all levels.

Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and allows you to improve your flexibility, improve your mental health, implement healthy lifestyle habits as well as enhance your quality of life.

Chris has a certification from the Yoga Alliance and is ready to teach beginners of all ages!

About the Speaker:

Chris Young is the Director of Workforce Development at the Texas Department of Transportation. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology at Grand Canyon University, an MBA in Finance and Management at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and a Bachelor in Economics.
