Administrative Professionals Week is a commemorative celebration that has been recognized since at least 1952. Though this celebration has experienced many name and date changes since its inception, administrative professionals have continued to impact the workforce in immeasurably positive ways.
While sharing gratitude is an ongoing effort, we encourage you to consider showing a little extra gratitude to the administrative professionals in your life during Administrative Professionals Week.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of potential ways to show your gratitude to UHD’s dedicated administrative professionals:
- Share a note of thanks or appreciation
- Publicly recognize their contributions on social media, email, and/or other communication channels
- Host an office gathering or celebration in their honor
- Send a Kudos to an outstanding administrative professional
- Find a creative way to treat them in a way that is important to them
As a way to show our appreciation, ESO is treating the following full-time, benefits-eligible UHD employees to lunch on Wednesday, April 26, Administrative Professionals Day, directly after the third installment of 2023’s Administrative Professionals Gator Learning series:
