Calling All Managers: Get Ready for Gator LEAD!

The HR Talent Development (TD) Team has heard your voice in the Staff Climate and Training Needs Analysis surveys: your feedback has informed the curation of our signature programming and a new management-focused training program, Gator LEAD (Leadership; Engagement; Accountability; Development).

This program is designed specifically for current UHD Managers and features monthly hybrid interactive workshops that delve into personnel management and leadership topics in a supportive, non-judgmental environment alongside your fellow managers.

Whether you’re a new or a seasoned manager, this presents an opportunity to enhance your skills or rejuvenate your management approach. The Gator LEAD training schedule is listed at the end of this article and is available via the HR Calendar.
