Review Your ERS Information by May 17

One of the most important things you can do to prepare for Summer Enrollment is verify your personal information with the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS).

Log in to ERS OnLine to verify or make changes to:

  • name,
  • mailing address,
  • email address and
  • other information.

You can update your information at any time of the year, but if not done so by May 17, you may not get important Plan Year 2025 benefits information from ERS and its third-party administrators—such as their Personal Benefits Enrollment Statement (PBES) and other Summer Enrollment material—at your current addresses.

To review and update personal information, you should:

  1. Visit “My Account Login” on the ERS website.
  2. Click “Proceed to Login” if youhave registered for an ERS OnLine account, or click “Register Now” to create an account.
  3. Log in to your account and view your individual home page.
  4. Review the information under My Personal Information, including your mailing address.
  5. Double-check your information if you make changes and click “Save.” A confirmation message will appear confirming your changes were saved.
