May is Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month

Recognized in some form since at least 1979, Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, also often called Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month (APAHM), celebrates the rich cultures, histories, and achievements of the many diverse and distinct Asian and Pacific Islander communities within the United States.

Concentric circles in varying shades of blue outline the following text "ASIAN AMERICAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDER HERITAGE MONTH".
