Plan to attend ESO’s Annual Work/Life “Boo Bash” Event tomorrow, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Special Events Center (A300) for fun, carnival snacks, freebies and door prizes.

The event is open to all UHD employees. Register now to save your spot for one of eight, 30-minute Boo Bash sessions!

This year’s event brings back the caramel apples as well as the Boo Bash t-shirts and bags! However, a limited number of apples, t-shirts and bags will available during each session on a first-come, first-served basis.

Staggered Entrance & Exit

This year, as a precautionary measure, ESO will limit the number of employees by staggering entrance and exit to the event. To accomplish this, only 50 employees will be allowed in the Special Events Center at a time. Employees will have 30 minutes to visit with vendors, grab some goodies and enter the door prize drawing.

Lunch

Lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis separately from the event in the “Skyline Lounge” from 12-1 p.m. Attendees need to bring their registration confirmation to pick up a meal.
