Mark your calendars, Gators: UHD’s summer benefits enrollment window is Monday, July 3 – Friday, July 14, 2023!

One of the most important things you can do to prepare for Summer Enrollment is verify your personal information on file with the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS). Log in to your ERS OnLine account and verify that your name, mailing address, email address and other personal information is correct and up-to-date.

You can update your information at any time of year, but if you don’t do so by May 24 you may not receive important benefits information from ERS and its third-party administrators — such as your Personal Benefits Enrollment Statement (PBES) and other Summer Enrollment material — at your current address(es).

To update your personal information:

1. Click “My Account Login” on the ERS website.
2. Click “Proceed to Login” if you have registered for an ERS OnLine account. Click “Register Now” to create one if you do not have an account yet.
3. After logging in to your account, your individual home page will appear.
4. Review your personal information, including mailing address.
5. If you make any changes, double-check to ensure you entered them correctly.
