ESO is pleased to announce that The Rose Health Bus will be at UHD on Tuesday, June 20, from 9:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. to provide mammography screenings to eligible UHD employees and their spouses*.

The mobile suite will be parked on 2nd Street between the One Main Building and the Visitor Parking Garage. Each appointment only takes 15-20 minutes, and results are sent to you and your primary care physician (PCP) or OBGYN, whichever you prefer.

Appointments are required and must be secured by Tuesday, June 6. To register, please visit www.therose.org/mobile and use the code: UHD.

*Eligibility requirements, as provided by The Rose:

• Female 35 years or older
• Have a PCP
• Due for a mammogram
• Do not have any breast health symptoms or problems
• Currently are not pregnant or nursing
• Have not been diagnosed with breast cancer within the past five (5) years
