Mind, Body, Soul: Stress Management course June 28

Join UHD LOD on Tuesday, June 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in N602 to learn ways to balance workplace stress. 

This month’s learning session includes:

  • Group activities on how to handle stressful workplace situations
  • Stress management techniques
  • Lunch
  • Giveaways

Only 20 spots are available, and early registration is strongly encouraged. To register:

  • Login to My TalentSpace
  • Go to the learning library
  • In TYPE click on classroom
  • In CATALOG click on all staff opportunities
  • Then click on search to find the course.
