Looking to incorporate the many ares of mindful eating into a busy lifestyle? Attend Mindful Eating February 7 from 1-2 p.m. in N-602.

The workshop, presented by UHD Sports & Fitness, will explore the concept of slowing down and taking the time to be aware of what you are eating.
