In an effort to develop and implement a fair, market-sensitive compensation program for UHD faculty and staff, ESO initiated a FY2021 Compensation Study.

The Study

During the study, ESO worked closely with study consultants CBIZ, Inc., UHD leadership and various University stakeholders to evaluate job information and achieve the goal of updating UHD’s Compensation Plan.

The study, which recently concluded, took into account current market trends and salaries for comparable positions in our geographic region as well as data from the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

What’s Next

Members of the UHD community are invited to learn about the study results from CBIZ, Inc. during one of two, hybrid information sessions. During the sessions, CBIZ, Inc. representatives will provide an overview of the Compensation Study—including its objectives and results—and answer questions.
