This lightly edited message from Sports & Fitness is being reprinted here for the convenience of all UHD employees.
As we kickoff the FY24 year, we want to remind you of the Sports & Fitness membership options available to you as a UHD employee. At present, all employee memberships are set to expire on August 31, 2023. Please review the membership options presented in this post and use the Membership Registration Link to be eligible for a Sports & Fitness membership.
With recent funding from our ESO department geared towards employee wellness initiatives, we have an exciting array of programming and services available for UHD employees who are interested in a Sports & Fitness Membership:

| Health & Wellness Workshops | Two to three times per month | Free of charge - no membership required |
| Nutrition Series | Two to three times per month | Free of charge - no membership required |
| Self-Defense Series | Monthly | Free of charge - no membership required |
| American Red Cross CPR/AED Certification | Monthly | $65 - no membership required |
| Access to over 100 pieces of strength/cardio pieces | Daily | Included in membership |
| Running track | Daily | Included in membership |
| Group Exercise Classes | Over 40 per week | Included in membership |
| Fitness Assessment | As requested | $15/session for members |
| Personal Training | Per hour | $35/hour for members |
| Intramural Sports Engagement | Variety of sports | $5 per sport for members |
**This rate now covers members interested in using the facility during all operating hours:
- Monday – Thursday - 6:00a.m.-10:00p.m.
- Friday - 6:00a.m.-7:00p.m.
- Saturday - 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
- Sunday - noon-4:00p.m.
As an added bonus to these membership options and offerings, parking is now available for all guest members! Guest members may access the Daly Parking Lot for $5/month in addition to their membership fee. (Please note: this parking option is only available to guest members.)
As a reminder, you must have an up-to-date UHD employee ID photo in the system and complete an FY24 Release Form upon entering the facility. Our policies and guidelines can be found on our website and must be followed at all times. Please reach out to the Sports & Fitness Customer Service Team with any questions you may have about a Sports & Fitness membership.
