Beginning September 1 the HealthSelectSM Prescription Drug Program, administered by OptumRx, will have a new phone number.

If you need more information or have questions about your prescription benefits, claims and other details in the new plan year, you can call OptumRx customer service toll-free at (855) 828-9834. Until August 31, you should continue to call the customer service number listed on the back of your current ID card.
